AI Platform Engineer
Design and build the intelligence that powers Balnce across devices, local models, cloud services, and the growing personal AI network. You’ll help shape how millions of people experience AI without ever needing to understand the machinery behind it.
Product Engineer
Build beautiful, thoughtful experiences that make deeply technical systems feel simple, human, and joyful. You’ll work across our desktop, mobile, and web experiences, helping people feel the future before they understand how it works.
Distributed Systems Engineer
Help build the network beneath Balnce. From peer-to-peer communication and synchronization to identity, trust, and resilient infrastructure, you’ll help create technology designed to outlive today’s internet.
Platform Engineer
Build the services that connect identity, memory, synchronization, agents, storage, and intelligence into one coherent platform. You’ll create the systems that quietly make everything else possible.
Product Designer
